C. Patient data (sensitive health data)

3 How We Use the Data

  • Provide and operate the E-Klinika service.
  • Send automatic appointment notifications (to doctors and patients).
  • Manage the account and billing.

  • Improve the platform based on usage patterns (without identifying individuals).

We do not sell, share or trade your data or your patients' data with third parties, for any purpose.

Clinic and doctor data is retained for as long as the account is active, plus 12 months after service termination.

Patient data is retained according to the legal requirements of Kosovo's healthcare legislation, which mandates a minimum retention of 10 years for medical records.

After the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

6 Your Rights Under GDPR

The clinic and any identifiable person has the following rights:

Right of access: You can request a copy of your data at any time.
Right to rectification: You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: You can request deletion of your data (with legal limitations).
