Terms of Service

"Platform" — means the E-Klinika website and management system, accessible at www.eklinika-ks.com.

"Clinic" — means any private healthcare institution that registers and uses the platform.

"Doctor" — means any physician or healthcare specialist registered within a clinic's account.

"Patient" — means any natural person whose data is registered by the clinic or doctor.

"We / E-Klinika" — means the company operating the platform, headquartered in Ferizaj, Kosovo.

E-Klinika provides a digital platform for managing private clinics, including: scheduling, patient records, digital prescriptions and automatic notifications.

Access to the platform is activated only after manual verification by our team and payment of the applicable fee. A 10-day trial period is offered at no cost, with full access to the platform.

E-Klinika reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with at least 7 days' prior notice.

Each clinic may open only one account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current.

The clinic is responsible for keeping login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity performed from your account is considered activity of your clinic.

If you suspect unauthorized access, the clinic must immediately notify the E-Klinika team at info@eklinika-ks.com.

The service fee depends only on the number of active doctors, not on features — every plan has full access to the platform:

• €10/month — clinic with 1 active doctor.
• €20/month — clinic with up to 3 active doctors.
• €30/month — clinic with 4 or more active doctors.

Billing is monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gets a 10% discount off the total monthly price.

Payment is made before the billing period begins, via bank transfer or other agreed methods. An official invoice is issued after payment.

E-Klinika reserves the right to change fees with at least 30 days' prior notice. A price change does not affect already-paid periods.

If payment is not made within 10 days of the period expiring, access to the platform may be suspended until payment is settled.

The clinic may cancel its subscription at any time by contacting our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are offered only if requested within 30 days of account activation. After that period, no refunds are offered for paid periods.

The 10-day trial requires no payment and may be cancelled freely at no cost.

The platform may be used only for lawful medical and administrative purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Entering false or fictitious patient data.
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Any attempt to access other clinics' data.
• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Reverse engineering or copying the platform's source code.

E-Klinika and all of its elements — logo, design, code, text and functionality — are the exclusive property of E-Klinika. All rights reserved.

Clinics are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under these terms.

Data entered by the clinic (patients, prescriptions, appointments) remains the clinic's property and can be exported at any time upon request.

E-Klinika provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability, although it targets 99.9% uptime.

E-Klinika is not liable for medical decisions made based on data in the platform. The platform is only an administrative and organizational tool.

The maximum damages payable by E-Klinika cannot exceed the amount paid by the clinic in the last 3 months.

E-Klinika reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith dialogue and negotiation.

If no amicable resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ferizaj, Kosovo.
